Born in Oklahoma, this "Okie" has a resume that is the envy of most entertainers in the Music Business today.  She has performed and played bass with such greats as The Coasters, Johnny Paycheck, Jeanie C Riley, The Globe Trotters, Freddy Hart, Cheryl Ladd, Vic Dana, Donna Fargo, Johnny Bond, Cliff Crawford, Patsy Montana, and many others.  Shar has also done many recording sessions with top recording artists amongst names such as, Buddy Miles, Steppenwolf, and The Mothers of Invention.

She has traveled all over the United States from Alaska to Georgia entertaining and playing the music of the land.  For years she has performed at casinos in Las Vegas and all over Nevada.  Recently, was a guest of Dianne Sherrill on the Midnight Jamboree, which is aired on WSM radio and watched all over the world through the internet.

Shar now makes her home in the Nashville community in Tennessee.  Being an ardent bass player, she stays busy doing recording sessions, in addition to performing.  She is in demand by musicians who are knowledgeable and very selective as to whom they wish to record with.  She has "jammed" and played with musicians from the Kenny Chesney Band, the Bon Jovi Band, and musicians who work for the Grand Ole Opry, Randy Travis, George Jones, Alabama and the list goes on.

Having studied and played many different kinds of music through the years, Shar is now content to play her favorite music which is "Classic Country",  the music she grew up with.

The CD "SHAR'S COUNTRY CLASSICS" is a must for the discreet country music lover's collection.  It features songs written by the best writers in the business and an all new song called  "Walking Papers" which is nothing short of "Kick-Ass".
